Beachflags.com guarantees his quality. Because beachflags.com is a beach flag specialist we are able to offer you a good quality for a good price. We are checking our quality step by step during the complete process from design till product.
As soon we receive your request, order or layout one of our professionals starts working for you. Your own layout will be checked on make ability and quality. If there are any mistakes (for example alignment of text and logo's) will we contact you. If you don't have the right software to create a design, just let us know. We will use one of our professionals to make a digital design for you without any cost. You could give us your sketch, text, colors, pictures and logo's and we will make a production ready design made by the right specifications. We will start the production after approval from the customer.
High quality full color printing made by one of our digital printers. That's the way how we make our beach flags. Depending on the quantity and colors we have different production methods. Screen printing is possible if ordering more than 10 pieces with a maximum of 4 colors. Most of the time we recommend digital printing because this quality is really good. Small quantity and full color layouts we always produce by digital printing. After checking the design we received, we will double check if everything is correct.
After printing the beach flags, they will be cutted carefully. This can be done by hand or by a laser cutting machine, depending on the quantity and shape. All our beach flags are standard supplied with a strong pocket for the pole, zoomed edges and double stitching. Our experience is that finishing beach flags this way will increase the lifetime of our beach flags. After finishing the beach flags we check the beach flag again for any mistakes. Each flag will be packed in plastic to avoid any damaging. The flags will be checked together with the order specification sheet.
Because we produce our beach flags outside the Netherlands we combine multiple orders in one shipment to save transport cost. We produce our flags outside the Netherlands because the labour costs are too high to produce quality flags for a good price. Making a beach flag is a lot of work which cannot be done completely by a machine. We have shipments from our production facility each day so your delivery date will not be a risk. As soon the packages with beach flags arrive at our warehouse in the Netherlands they will be counted and checked. The beach flags will be combined with other products which are ordered. According the picking list all products will be packed again and prepared for transport to you or your client. In our warehouse we keep our poles and bases on stock.
Quality accessories
Our beach flag poles are made of quality materials like fiberglass and aluminum. Fiberglass is flexible and light weight which is a big advantage for the top part of a beach flag. The bottom parts are made of aluminum to keep the beach flags straight on the right places. This combination is succesfully for single sided but also double-sided printed beach flags. Al our beach flag poles are supplied with a handy tensioning mechanism. Mounting the flag to the pole can be done in seconds.
Bases and accessories are available at different prices. Depending on the wishes of the customer we have several bases starting at € 6,95. All our steel bases are supplied with a good coating or in some cases a luxury chromed finish. Our wall mount brackets, the ground pin, the ground plate and luxury cross bases are supplied with double bearing for smoothless rotation of the beach flags. Beside these quality bases we offer some plastic accessories which are great for events and tournaments.
A big advantage of beachflags.com is that we have all hardware parts for beach flags available on stock. For example if your tension system isn't working properly we could ship some new parts to you for free (depending on the cause and the transport cost).
